Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Scope and contact

This policy describes how the developer of the games at casual-games.net ("Casual Games", "we") handles data in our website and apps that link to this page. Privacy contact: .

It currently covers Tetris, Snake, Racing & Tanks: 6 Retro Games in 1 (Brick Game, com.ezgdl.brickgame) and Doom2 Mobile (com.ezgdl.doom2mobile). This is their shared policy URL; app-specific differences are set out below. No registration or user account is needed to play.

2. Data processed

On-device data. Depending on the game, settings, high scores, game state or saves, and ad-related settings are stored locally. Gameplay works offline. Advertising and analytics use network access when available; offline gameplay does not mean that no data is transmitted when connected.

App analytics. The apps use AppMetrica for usage statistics and diagnostics. Data may include device and operating-system details, app version, installation and session information, interactions, technical identifiers, IP address and error information. We use it to understand game usage and fix problems.

Ads. Both apps use Yandex Mobile Ads. For ad delivery, measurement and protection, the provider may process network and technical information, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, and ad interactions, depending on the SDK version, permissions and device settings. AppMetrica and advertising SDK settings are separate: disabling identifiers in one system does not disable them in every SDK.

The games do not request contacts, camera, microphone or precise-location access to play. Our game code does not transmit precise location. SDK consent settings are applied separately per app. Publishing this policy does not itself obtain consent for optional processing.

Website and downloads. We do not add our own analytics counters, marketing pixels or marketing cookies to this website. Hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare technically receive IP address, request time, requested resource, browser and network information to deliver pages and APKs and protect the service. Cloudflare may use necessary security measures, including cookies, under its own policy. The website has no user accounts.

Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any materials you choose to provide. Do not send passwords or information unrelated to your request.

3. Purposes, providers and transfers

Data supports game and website operation, usage statistics, diagnostics, advertising, service security and replies to requests. Analytics and advertising data are transmitted to the respective SDK providers. DigitalOcean hosting and Cloudflare process website technical data. Providers may process data in other countries under their policies. Where required, consent must be obtained separately; otherwise processing relies, where applicable, on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, or legal obligations. We do not request payment information to download APKs.

Provider details, processing locations, retention and rights are available in the Yandex Privacy Policy, AppMetrica privacy information, Yandex Ads Privacy Policy, Mobile Ads data documentation, Cloudflare Privacy Policy and DigitalOcean Privacy Policy.

4. Retention and security

Local data remains in app storage until you clear it or uninstall the app; Android backups follow your system settings. Support correspondence is retained for resolving requests and meeting applicable obligations. SDK and infrastructure providers retain data under their policies and service settings; there is no single retention period for all providers. We take reasonable protective measures and use HTTPS for the website and downloads, but no transmission or storage method is absolutely secure.

5. Your choices and rights

You can clear app data, uninstall a game, manage your Android advertising identifier and available ad settings, restrict network access, or play offline. Clearing local data does not automatically delete information previously transmitted to providers.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to processing, or withdraw consent previously given. Email with the game name, your request and only the information needed to verify it. Because we do not maintain user accounts, we may be unable to associate technical records with a person without additional information. Provider-held data may require a request to that provider. You may also contact a competent supervisory authority.

6. Children

Parents and guardians should consider each game’s age rating and its advertising and analytics. Doom2 Mobile contains violence. If you believe a child’s data has been processed without necessary authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take available action. Website forms do not request children’s data or age.

7. Changes

We update this page when apps, providers or data practices change. The last-update date appears above. Privacy and deletion requests: .
